Vivian Zabriskie, worklife strategist, personal coach,and founder of The HEROWORKS® Company [http://heroworks.com] has been helping people discover solutions to their problems for twenty-five years. For the past 12 years she has devoted her time to research and writing about the eight stages of the hero’s journey at work and in life soon to be published in In Search of Harmony: Becoming Your Own Hero at Work. She also speaks on other topics such as Developing Resiliency Strategies: Coping with Stress/Avoiding Despair and Keys to Helping Others.
        Personal coaching is a collaborative partnership devoted to exploring beliefs, values, vision, and behaviors needed to prevail in adversity. Coaching provides the structure to give real time one-on-one instruction in grief reconciliation, interpersonal problem solving, organizational analysis, communication skills, and using personal inventory skills that shift the focus from weaknesses to strengths. She is the author of In Search of Harmony: Becoming Your Own Hero at Work,, and the AMA article, “What Managers Can Learn from their Subordinates.” Her clients reconcile losses, improve their resiliency strategies, develop new career initiatives, change their corporate or family culture, and develop leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal effectiveness.
        Vivian graduated with a degree in psychology from Winston-Salem State University and earned a Master of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University.
